Please plan on joining us for the 2014 Fort Wayne Radio Club Christmas Banquet this coming Friday night, December 12th, at 6:30 pm at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. The banquet will be held in Raasch Hall in the Church, which is located at 4700 Vance Ave in Fort Wayne, just south of Snider High School. All hams and their families are welcome. If you joined the club for 2015, we consider you a member now, and it would be a great way to meet and get to know you!
As usual, the banquet is a carry-in. Please bring your favorite entree, side dish or dessert to share with your fellow hams and their families. The club will provide both grilled and fried chicken, coffee, lemonade, your place settings and dinner ware. Please bring you food warm (if applicable), as we may not have many outlets to plug in crock pots or warming dishes.
There will be an optional gift exchange. Please bring a wrapped gift of approximately $10 in value, marked for either a man (OM), or a woman (YL). Include your call inside so the recipient can thank you! Please do not mark the gift as “man or woman” as this causes confusion and someone could be left without a gift!
We will enjoy a short video of events this past year made by Tom Rupp, KU8T.
Join us for fun and fellowship!

Have we got a deal for you! This issue of the Foxhunt Chronicles will feature a description of the hi-jinks surrounding both the October 2014 AND the November 2014 contests. “Why am I so lucky?” you may ask. Well, it’s because I was out of town a lot right after the October hunt and didn’t have time to attend to writing up a report of what happened in October. So I combined the October and November foxhunt descriptions, and you get two for one.
