The Fort Wayne Radio Club will hold its annual Christmas Banquet on December 12th at 6:30 pm at the Red Cross HQ building located at 1212 East California Road in Fort Wayne. This is directly across Coliseum Blvd from the Memorial Coliseum.
As usual, this will be a carry in, so plan on bringing a main dish, a side dish (like meatballs or deviled eggs), or (my favorite) a dessert, to share with the club. The club will supply some chicken, plus place ware, coffee and lemonade. Please plan on taking your dish home with you as the Red Cross does not have the kitchen facilities that we had at the church.
In the past we have always had an optional gift exchange, and this year is no different. If you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped gift marked for a man (OM) or a woman (YL) of approximately $10 to $15 value. It is nice to include your name or call inside, so the recipient can thank you!
