The Fort Wayne Radio Club will conduct a fox (hidden transmitter) hunt March 6 at 1:30 p.m. ET.

The hunt will start at in the parking lot of Appleseed Pallet Liquidations (which, years ago was a K-Mart), 820 N Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne.

As is usual practice, the fox will transmit on high power every five minutes for a  one-minute duration. A low-power, “microfox” will transmit at approximately twice that rate.

Hunters will use the FWRC 146.76 MHz repeater as an intercom frequency.
